Ticket Terms OUT OF OFFICE 2027
§ 1 Organiser and scope
The OUT OF OFFICE Festival (9 to 11 July 2027, Eichhof, Wohnsiedlung 2A, 17379 Wilhelmsburg, Germany) is organised by Stil vor Talent GmbH, Glogauer Straße 21, 10999 Berlin, Germany. These terms apply to all tickets bought via ooofestival.de. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
§ 2 Contract and prices
By completing your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. All prices are final prices in euros including 7% VAT.
§ 3 Ticket types
The Festival Ticket is valid for one person for the whole weekend. The Crew Ticket is valid for five people, the Friends Ticket for two people. The names of all guests must be entered when buying. The Supporter Ticket is valid for one person; the additional amount is a voluntary contribution to support the festival and not a tax-deductible donation.
§ 4 Ticket and entry
Your ticket is the order confirmation we send to the email address given in the order. At the entrance we check your name against the guest list. Please have your order confirmation ready, printed or on your phone.
§ 5 No right of withdrawal
Under German law (Section 312g(2) no. 9 BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for tickets to an event on a specific date. Your purchase is therefore binding.
§ 6 Transfer
Tickets may be passed on to another person if you tell us the new name at hello@ooofestival.de no later than 7 days before the festival starts. Resale above the original price and commercial resale are not permitted.
§ 7 Cancellation and postponement
If the festival is cancelled, we refund the ticket price paid, including any supporter contribution. If it is postponed, tickets remain valid; if you cannot attend on the new date, we refund the ticket price on request. Changes to the programme or line-up do not entitle you to a refund.
§ 8 Minimum age and on site
Entry is 18+. Please show official photo ID at the entrance. Anyone who cannot prove the minimum age will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. The house rules and the instructions of our staff apply. Anyone who breaks the house rules may be removed from the site without a refund.
§ 9 Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.

§ 1 Veranstalter und Geltung
Veranstalter des OUT OF OFFICE Festivals (9. bis 11. Juli 2027, Eichhof, Wohnsiedlung 2A, 17379 Wilhelmsburg) ist die Stil vor Talent GmbH, Glogauer Straße 21, 10999 Berlin. Diese Bedingungen gelten für alle Tickets, die über ooofestival.de gekauft werden.
§ 2 Vertragsschluss und Preise
Mit dem Abschluss der Bestellung geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir die Bestellung per E-Mail bestätigen. Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro inklusive 7 % Umsatzsteuer.
§ 3 Ticketarten
Das Festival Ticket gilt für eine Person für das gesamte Wochenende. Das Crew Ticket gilt für fünf Personen, das Friends Ticket für zwei Personen. Beim Kauf sind die Namen aller Personen anzugeben. Das Supporter Ticket gilt für eine Person; der Mehrbetrag ist ein freiwilliger Beitrag zur Unterstützung des Festivals und keine Spende im steuerlichen Sinn.
§ 4 Ticket und Einlass
Ihr Ticket ist die Bestellbestätigung, die wir an die bei der Bestellung angegebene E-Mail-Adresse schicken. Beim Einlass gleichen wir Ihren Namen mit der Gästeliste ab. Bitte halten Sie die Bestellbestätigung bereit, ausgedruckt oder auf dem Smartphone.
§ 5 Kein Widerrufsrecht
Für Tickets zu einer Veranstaltung an einem bestimmten Termin besteht nach § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB kein Widerrufsrecht. Ein Kauf ist daher verbindlich.
§ 6 Übertragung
Tickets dürfen an andere Personen weitergegeben werden, wenn Sie uns den neuen Namen bis spätestens 7 Tage vor Festivalbeginn an hello@ooofestival.de mitteilen. Ein Weiterverkauf über dem ursprünglichen Kaufpreis und der gewerbliche Weiterverkauf sind nicht erlaubt.
§ 7 Absage und Verlegung
Wird das Festival abgesagt, erstatten wir den gezahlten Ticketpreis einschließlich eines Supporter-Beitrags. Wird es verlegt, behalten die Tickets ihre Gültigkeit; wer den neuen Termin nicht wahrnehmen kann, erhält auf Anfrage den Ticketpreis zurück. Änderungen im Programm oder Line-up berechtigen nicht zur Rückgabe.
§ 8 Mindestalter und Aufenthalt auf dem Gelände
Der Zutritt ist ab 18 Jahren erlaubt. Beim Einlass ist ein amtlicher Lichtbildausweis vorzuzeigen. Wer das Mindestalter nicht nachweisen kann, erhält keinen Einlass und keine Erstattung. Es gelten die Hausordnung und die Anweisungen des Personals vor Ort. Wer gegen die Hausordnung verstößt, kann ohne Erstattung vom Gelände verwiesen werden.
§ 9 Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, typischen Schaden.
§ 10 Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Aufenthaltsstaates bleiben unberührt. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen wirksam.
