Hosting

This website is hosted by Squarespace Ireland Limited, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland. When you visit the site, Squarespace processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the pages visited in order to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Squarespace may transfer data to Squarespace, Inc. in the USA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We use technically necessary cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG). Analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Ticket purchases

When you buy tickets, we process your name, email address, billing address, the names of accompanying persons for group tickets and order details to process your order and admit you to the event (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For entry we keep a guest list with the names from your order. The shop runs on Squarespace Commerce. Payments are processed via Squarespace Payments, a service of Squarespace Ireland Limited, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland. The payment processor is Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland). Depending on the payment method you choose (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna), Squarespace, Stripe and, where applicable, the respective payment provider receive the data required for the payment, such as name, billing address, amount and payment details. Stripe also processes data to prevent fraud. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for fraud prevention, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not receive full card details. We retain order and invoice data for the periods required by German law (generally 6 to 10 years, § 257 HGB, § 147 AO).

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our email is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace).

Social media and Telegram

Our website contains simple links to Instagram and Telegram. No data is transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. or Telegram Messenger Inc. until you click a link. Their privacy policies then apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Ticketkauf

Beim Ticketkauf verarbeiten wir Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Rechnungsadresse, bei Gruppentickets die Namen der Begleitpersonen sowie Bestelldaten, um die Bestellung abzuwickeln und Einlass zu gewähren (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Für den Einlass führen wir eine Gästeliste mit den Namen aus Ihrer Bestellung. Der Shop läuft über Squarespace Commerce. Zahlungen wickeln wir über Squarespace Payments ab, einen Dienst der Squarespace Ireland Limited, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Irland. Zahlungsabwickler ist Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Irland). Je nach gewählter Zahlungsart (z. B. Kreditkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna) erhalten Squarespace, Stripe und gegebenenfalls der jeweilige Zahlungsanbieter die für die Zahlung erforderlichen Daten, etwa Name, Rechnungsadresse, Betrag und Zahlungsdaten. Stripe verarbeitet Daten auch zur Betrugsprävention. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, für die Betrugsprävention Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Eine Übermittlung in die USA ist möglich; sie erfolgt auf Grundlage des EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework bzw. der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Wir selbst erhalten keine vollständigen Kartendaten. Bestell- und Rechnungsdaten bewahren wir für die gesetzlichen Fristen auf (in der Regel 6 bis 10 Jahre, § 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
